Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of TAIA-OS, provided by Thanabodin AI Systems. Please read them before using the service.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have authority to act for the account or organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the service
TAIA-OS provides AI-assisted affiliate-commerce and content-management tools, including workflow organization, content preparation, review support, integration readiness, and analytics. Outputs may require human review and are not guaranteed to achieve commercial results or platform approval.

3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for authorized access, accurate account information, safeguarding sessions and credentials, using appropriate roles, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity. Do not share access in a way that bypasses security controls.
4. External platform connections
Connections to TikTok or other third-party platforms require your authorization and remain subject to those platforms' terms, policies, availability, scopes, audits, and technical limits. You may revoke a connection. We do not control third-party services.

5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you lawfully hold in content submitted to the service. You grant only the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that content to provide requested features. You must have rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for submitted products, media, music, likenesses, claims, and other materials.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use the service to break laws or platform rules; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or consumer rights; distribute malware; bypass access controls; misrepresent products or claims; conduct deceptive activity; scrape or probe systems without authorization; or automate actions that require human or platform approval.
7. Suspension and service changes
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to address security, legal, policy, abuse, operational, or third-party platform risks. Features may change, be delayed, or become unavailable. Where practical, reasonable notice will be provided.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Thanabodin AI Systems does not warrant uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions, or business outcomes. Users remain responsible for final decisions, published content, disclosures, legal compliance, and platform compliance. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
